That wasn’t in the rules. It was supposed to be of their own will—though whether or not customary greetings are free-willed actions or not could be debated, I suppose…
But even so, if that’s how I got it, and they weren’t facing some inner turmoil over whether they really had to or not (I mean, the French government doesn’t force people to kiss cheeks at gunpoint), then it would hypothetically count, wouldn’t it? I mean, I’m smoking again. Hourra.
